MS office installation

 Recently my desktop NVMe drive got corrupted. Machine unable to detect the NVMe SSD . Dont know the reason why it got failed suddently. I have tried multiple approch to fix it but nothing worked . So bought new NVMe ssd and reinstalled the OS. When I was trying to install MS office 365 it was not working. Its keep failing. to donwload offline version its asking for purchase or provide license key. Sine the machine crashed I dont have MS office license key. After couple of hours of search I found a way to down load the  Ms office using office download tool and office configuration tool. that approach also failed.  Then thought of using AI to solve my problem. So installed node.js and installed Gemini. Even Gemini tried couple of approaches and failed to install the ms office.its suggested try to download it from another machine and copy it to my machine then install it . But I had some other idea. 

I have installed sandbox on my window 11 machine. and started the sand box and tried to install the ms office inside the sandbox . it was working and started the installation but at the end it failed with different error. Now got to know some setting in my local is blocking the install. So I found an option to download the installable using office installation tool. then closed the sandbox since it has partial ms office installation. open sandbox again and started downloading ms office installable . once its complete then copied the installable to my local maching then started installing ms office. this time it was able to install the MS office full pakcage without any error  :) .

Run in an admin Command Prompt from the ODT folder: setup.exe /download configuration.xml


Install Office

In an admin Command Prompt, navigate to the ODT folder and run: setup.exe /configure configuration.xml

connect to kerbros enable hive from Windows machine
